The KST1190 Power Supply Box is intended for use outside. It is water resistant and will allow you to use local power when you don't want to make long runs for power back to an indoor power supply.
Product Specifications:
Separate Fuse Port: The KST1190 Power Supply Box has 9 and 18 channel outputs that are fused, and each channel is fused separately to ensure that short-circuits do not affect other connected devices.
Security Guarantee: Each output of the KST1190 Power Supply Box has an independent PTC fuse and LED indicator, as well as Lightning Protection. When there is a problem, only the independent output is affected; the other outputs remain valid. It is possible to prevent theft and electric shock by using a separate lock and key.
Circuit Shorts Protection: When a short condition occurs, a separate fuse opens the circuit; when the condition is removed, the fuse automatically closes.
Overload Protection: If an overload condition occurs, the power supply will automatically enter a self-protection mode. When the problem is resolved, the power supply will resume normal operation.
Over-temperature Protection: The KST1190 Power Supply Box includes a protection system that shuts down the power supply if the internal temperature rises above a safe level.
Heat Dissipation Method: Air cooling is used when the power is less than 360W, and a self-contained fan is used when the power is greater than 360W. The power supply is more durable thanks to the downward cooling vents on both sides.
